Ordering from us

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we ship the order. We will send you a shipping confirmation by e-mail. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

When orders are shipped outside the US we are not liable for any charges, levies or taxes due by the customs authority of the destination country.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order for 7 working days following receipt of your order and obtain a refund.

If you wish to cancel your order and have received the goods you are required to take reasonable care of the goods and return them to us at your own expense. We will bear the cost of return only in the event they are damaged or faulty when delivered to you or incorrectly supplied.

You also have the right to cancel your order before you receive the goods or if they are lost in transit. In the event your order is lost in transit we request that you inform us no later than 28 days, following notification of dispatch, that you have not received your order.

If you wish to cancel your order, or part on an order, you must notify us in writing or by completing a Returns Form which can be found on our Returns page.

Returns policy

In addition to your cancellation rights we offer a returns policy which means you may return goods you have ordered from us at any time within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. A refund will include any delivery charge paid when the order was made, although we are not required to repay the delivery charge if only part of the order is returned.
You are required to take reasonable care of the goods to be returned and return them at your own expense except in the event they are damaged or faulty when delivered to you or incorrectly supplied.
If you wish to return an order, or part of an order, you must notify us us in writing or by completing a Returns Form which can be found on our Returns page.

Orders Lost in Transit

You will receive e-mail notification from us once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive your order 14 days following this we will investigate the matter with the carrier. We request that you notify us no later than 28 days following your receipt of the dispatch e-mail in the event of non arrival of your order.

If your order is lost in transit you have the right to cancel your order in accordance with the Cancellation Section above, and obtain a refund including any delivery charge paid or you can choose to have the order re-sent subject to availability of stock.
